Non-emergency Support
For non-emergency help accessing and navigating mental health services for yourself, a family member or a significant other:
- If you are a Philadelphian that is uninsured or underinsured call 215-685-5400.
- If you are Medicaid eligible call 888-545-2600. Services are available regardless of your ability to pay.
- Sensitive and trained staff are available to assist with general information and referral resources for services such as:
- Case management
- Housing supports and homeless outreach
- Mental health court
- Criminal justice supports
- Family supports
- Other mental health-related supports
