Katrina Pratt-RoebuckMBA, Senior Director of Systems Integration
Katrina Pratt-Roebuck is Senior Director of Systems Integration for the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS). In the role, Roebuck reports directly to DBHIDS Commissioner Jill Bowen, Ph.D., and oversees the Systems Integration unit’s work across the seven divisions of DBHIDS as well as with systemwide stakeholders, including government agencies, community-based organizations, and other key partners, to align, coordinate, and integrate work, to improve processes, operations, and programming for the people we serve with the overall goal of improving population health.
Roebuck has served in various leadership positions with the City of Philadelphia over the last 17 years, including Director of Operations for the City’s Out of School Time Initiative; Deputy Director of the Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity, responsible for oversight of all administrative units; Director of Policy and Planning for the Office of Housing and Community Development; and Deputy Director of the Office of Supportive Housing (now the Office of Homeless Services), responsible for oversight of the Permanent Supportive Housing Clearinghouse, Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing Program, and Emergency Assistance and Response Units.
Roebuck is a graduate of Julia R. Masterman High School; Howard University, where she received a Bachelor’s in psychology; and LaSalle University, where she received Master’s in Business Administration.
