COVID Town Hall for Providers: Video and FAQ

January 21, 2022

NEW! FAQ added Feb. 11

On Jan. 21, DBHIDS hosted a Town Hall in collaboration with the Philadelphia Department of Public Health to provide accurate, reliable information about the ongoing COVID pandemic and respond to our provider network’s concerns.

City Health Commissioner Dr. Cheryl Bettigole provided important updates and guidance about COVID-19 vaccines, quarantine and isolation, testing, and other concerns. In the coming days, DBHIDS will release an FAQ document to capture the guidance shared in the Town Hall. If you were unable to attend, please click below to watch and get the most up-to-date information.

You may continue to submit COVID-related questions to DBHIDS.CovidInfo@phila.gov to receive timely guidance from a public health professional.
