Donna Bailey, CEO of the DBHIDS Division of Community Behavioral Health, was named by City and State PA as one of Philadelphia’s most influential figures in the publication’s inaugural list.
“Philly is a city with heart, grit, and incredible food,” sums up Bailey. Indeed, those qualities – passion, resilience and an appreciation for local cuisine – surfaced repeatedly in our inaugural list of the makers, shakers and innovators in Pennsylvania’s largest city. As America celebrates the 250th anniversary of democracy in its birthplace, these dynamic Philadelphians would surely have made the Founders proud.
