The 2nd annual Community Networking, Mental Health and Wellness, and Trauma-Informed Block Party is designed to connect community members with resources related to physical health, mental health, housing, and social service; increase awareness of trauma and wellness; reduce barriers to care through on-site referrals and appointment scheduling; and strengthen community connections that promote healing, resilience, and overall well-being.
