DBHIDS Spiritual First Aid Training

DBHIDS Faith & Spiritual Affairs is excited to announce an upcoming training in Spiritual First Aid.

Spiritual First Aid is a global training designed to equip participants with practical tools to support individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or spiritual distress. It is a supplement and is not intended to replace Mental Health First Aid. This interactive one-day session focuses on compassionate presence, active listening, and culturally responsive care to promote healing and resilience within communities.

The training is open to all Philadelphians including faith leaders, peer specialists, social service providers, health care professionals, congregants, and anyone interested in supporting others through challenging life experiences.

Please join us and share this opportunity with your networks!

Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
