The evening will include a keynote speaker\, a guided panel featuring leaders with lived experience\, a Q&A\, and a healing activity focused on setting boundaries\, managing stress\, and supporting overall well‑being. Resources will also be shared to support navigating mom guilt\, burnout\, grief and loss\, and emotional wellness. We truly need your presence for this important conversation. \nDoors open at 5:30 p.m.\, and dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments and swag items will also be provided.
