What a day DBHIDS had yesterday, March 4, as we celebrated International Women’s Day. The event theme, Give to Gain, was a beautiful celebration of women who uplift others through generosity and collaboration.
The room was filled with community members and partners dedicated to supporting women and girls of color across the City. The day featured an inspiring panel discussion, a powerful keynote message by Cheryl Ann Wadlington, and a meaningful Mural Arts Philadelphia workshop aligned with our theme.
Special shout out to BHTEN and the Engaging Women and Girls of Color Initiative for hosting this inspiring event.
