The Mayor’s Drug and Alcohol Executive Commission is sponsoring its 19th annual “Making a Difference” awards dinner on Wednesday, June 1, 2016. The purpose of the event is to publicly acknowledge the tireless efforts of organizations and individuals who work or volunteer to prevent substance abuse in Philadelphia.
