Join us for a Lunch and Learn titled Therapist Turnover over Time: Who Turns Over, Why It Happens, and What It Means for Quality of Care where Dr. Emily Becker-Haimes from the Penn Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research will present on the causes, impact, and ways to address clinician turnover.
Emily Becker-Haimes is a Research Associate at the Center for Mental Health Policy and Services Research. Dr. Becker-Haimes has particular interests in developing and evaluating implementation strategies to support clinicians in delivering exposure therapy for anxiety disorders and in understanding how to best support graduate trainees to prepare them to deliver evidence-based practices long-term. Dr. Becker-Haimes currently directs the Pennsylvania Hospital Anxiety Treatment for Children/Adolescents (PATCH) program at Hall Mercer.
