Self-Care Required Not Optional
October 14, 2020 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Self-care is a necessity, not a luxury. Looking after yourself is an ongoing practice in building resilience to facing hardships and preventing burn-out. This event features a panel of women of color discussing what self-care is, what it means to them, how it is defined in their community, and how you can practice self-care, along with tips and resources.
Bring your lunch and take time for yourself. Join our extraordinary panel of influential local women on Oct. 14 from noon to 1 p.m.
