The DBHIDS Community Wellness Engagement Unit and Peer Culture Community Inclusion Unit are collaborating to pilot a series of five Recovery Cafes at the Lucien E. Blackwell Library beginning in March. Recovery Cafes will be open spaces for community members to discuss lived experiences of recovery, share strategies and resources that promote wellness, and connect with employment, behavioral health, and wellness resources in one place.
ADA accessible. Refreshments will be provided.
- Listen and share openly about recovery and wellness with people who get it.
- Learn strategies to practice recovery and wellness in your own life.
- Connect with employment and wellness resources for people in recovery.
- Take a confidential behavioral health screening.
