Intro to Anxiety Disorders

Dr. Sandy Capaldi will present information on terminology associated with anxiety and anxiety disorders, discuss the different types of anxiety disorders as defined by the DSM-5, review theory of how anxiety disorders develop and are maintained, and briefly introduce exposure therapy for anxiety disorders.

3. Discuss factors that produce and maintain anxiety disorder symptoms
4. Describe the components of exposure therapy for anxiety disorders
