The DBHIDS Infant Toddler Early Intervention Unit and Elwyn Early Learning Scholars (ELS) will lead the Philadelphia Interagency Coordination Council (PICC) Annual Family Retreat on Wednesday, June 21,  from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The theme for the event is “Encourage, Empower, Engage.” It will take place at the Bright Side Academy, 3230 N.
