Advancing Positive Outcomes for Children and Families

This presentation will provide an overview of the child welfare system in Philadelphia so that professionals who are working with families that might be involved in the system have a better understanding of how to communicate with other professionals and collaborate to help improve outcomes for children and families.
PROGRAM LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Discuss the child welfare system in Philadelphia and how to advocate for children and families involved in the system.
- Explain the role of child advocates and the benefits of collaboration to serve families.
- Identify strategies for interventions in their day-to-day work.
Suggested donation $5 or what you able to offer to help support the ongoing work of the breakfast meetings.
Coffee and light breakfast snacks will be served. Bring your own coffee cup if you can!
Social Work and Psychology CEUs will be available at no additional cost. SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS.
