Program Management unit, also referred to as the PPM unit, provides oversight for the operations, programmatic, and fiscal aspects of the behavioral health system through our network of providers. Oversight and monitoring efforts minimize fraud, waste, abuse, and risk; guide policy and practices; and elevate industry standards.<\/p><p>These functions include:<\/p><ul><li>The Network Improvement and Accountability Collaborative (NIAC)<\/li><li>Compliance<\/li><li>Quality Management<\/li><li>Claims Management<\/li><li>Fiscal Management<\/li><li>Program Analysts<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Providers must meet the standards of excellence detailed in the Network Inclusion Criteria 3.0 in order to be recognized as part of the DBHIDS network, regardless of funding stream:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dbhids.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/NIC-3.0-Standards-for-Excellance-v2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Network Inclusion Criteria (NIC) 3.0<\/a><\/p><p>The Provider &amp;
