funds, and monitors substance abuse prevention, intervention, treatment and recovery support services in Philadelphia.<\/p><p>Through a network of treatment providers, the Philadelphia Single County Authority (SCA) guides recovery-oriented drug and alcohol treatment for people enrolled in Medicaid, as well as people who are uninsured and underinsured.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c544e25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c544e25\"
