It is also a time to support and encourage those still in search of their path toward recovery and focus on efforts to end the stigma associated with addiction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we reach the center of this month, the City of Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS) would like to reflect on our city\u2019s long history in creating a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/dbhids.org\/recovery\/\">recovery-oriented system<\/a>&nbsp;of care and reaffirm our commitment to furthering those transformational efforts. While we reflect on our great history, we look toward the future with a renewed commitment to improving our system and improving access to care in support of every individual\u2019s unique journey toward recovery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our aim is for long-term, whole-person care that helps support people throughout the various phases of their individual recovery journey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No matter where you may be in your personal journey, we are here to help.
