The Philadelphia Tribune<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Elected officials, community members and health professionals gathered on Friday to attend the city\u2019s inaugural Trauma, Equity and Community (TEC) conference, with the hopes of beginning a yearly tradition moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The conference, sponsored by the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disability Services\u2019 (DBHIDS), had the theme \u201cTEC in the City of Brotherly Love and Sisterly Affection.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
