Provider Development & Transformation Initiatives
Provider Development & Transformation Initiatives (PDTI) supports the DBHIDS, its stakeholders, and treatment provider agencies in implementing process improvement strategies, recovery directed programming, and overall alignment/integration/coordination with system transformation processes and initiatives. In working as a team with great skill in managing technologies, policy/procedures/operations, and decision making, PDTI with the Practice Guidelines as the overall blueprint of the system transformation, aligns concepts, practices, and context to promote recovery, resiliency, and greater efficiencies and outcomes.
PDTI further coordinates DBHIDS system-wide efforts to expand behavioral and physical health service integration, while promoting initiatives and strategies for both internal programs and external treatment provider agencies to maximize program business processes resulting in decreased wait times and ‘no shows’ with increased access to treatment and retention.
