Philadelphia Behavioral Health Needs Assessment Survey
Survey closes May 31
Community organizations, parents, youth, and adults all over Philadelphia County are taking part in the Needs Assessment Adult and Youth Survey as part of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) Needs Assessment project.
Results of this survey will help:
- Develop supports and services related to mental health, tobacco, alcohol, other drugs, and problem gambling for the City of Philadelphia.
- Target what services are most needed by which populations.
- Identify what parts of our city have the most needs.
When you take this 10- to 15-minute survey, you will be asked about health behaviors including tobacco, alcohol, and other drug use, as well as your opinions about other at-risk behaviors.
You will be asked about mental health, including depression, suicide, and the effects of COVID-19.
Some individuals might find the topic of some survey questions to be sensitive.
Participation in the survey is entirely anonymous. Responses do not collect any personal identifying information. Nothing can be tracked back to you.
