Please join Health Promotion as we celebrate the launch of the Mind Your Holidays campaign! During the event, people will be encouraged to stop by our table to get free behavioral health screenings and resources. This initiative is designed to encourage people to take the time to check-in on those around them who might be facing difficulties during the holiday season, as well as get a “Check-Up from the Neck Up” for themselves, so that together we can stay well and beat the holiday blues.
Although the event is scheduled on December 15th, individuals are encouraged to pledge to check-in on themselves and others throughout the holiday season!
As the holidays approach, we know that it could be a difficult time for some people. From the loss of a loved one to the loss of a job, celebrating the beauty of the holidays might not be as easy for some as it is for others. That’s why Health Promotion is launching a new awareness campaign, Mind Your Holidays, and we are asking YOU to pledge to check in on yourself and others! This initiative is designed to encourage people to take the time to check-in on those around them who might be facing difficulties during the holiday season, as well as get a “Check-Up from the Neck Up” for themselves, so that together we can stay well and beat the holiday blues.
