Network Development
The Network Development Unit is a component of the Provider Operations Department at CBH. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that there are quality resources in the provider network to sufficiently meet the behavioral health needs of CBH’s members. In collaboration with other CBH departments, Network Development staff systematically identifies gaps and needs in services and develops strategies to address such gaps and needs. Accordingly, the Network Development unit is the single point of contact on activities related to resource development and support. All resource development/reconfiguration is completed through a procurement process. Additionally, the Network Development unit coordinates and conducts initial credentialing visits to bring providers and programs into the CBH network. Lastly, Network Development provides training, technical assistance, and evidence-based practice coordination/implementation support to providers and programs within the CBH network.

We are pleased to offer a FREE online training on Getting to Outcomes Contracting (GTOC) through the DBHIDS Learning Hub, a comprehensive training platform that includes e-learning opportunities. This training is designed for provider leaders, including those responsible for program development and evaluation. The GTOC model aligns with CBH principles and approaches regarding oversight and monitoring; the goals of the training are to provide an overview of GTOC, aid in connecting evaluation and accountability to clinical outcomes, and support providers in enhancing their program development and evaluation processes.
