Beating the Blues Webinar

Join Dana Careless, Manager for Health Promotion at the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services (DBHIDS), for a discussion on population health and the implementation of Beating the Blues, a free, evidence-based computer program that teaches the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to users.
This tool has been found to effectively reduce anxiety and depression among people completing 4 or more sessions. Webinar will discuss: – the DBHIDS’ Population Health approach – how Beating the Blues works – outcomes of the program to date – various program models available at no cost to community-based organizations There will be time for any questions you may have.
