Beating the Blues
The Beating the Blues program is an online tool that teaches a user cognitive behavioral strategies to manage mild to moderate anxiety and depression. This evidence based program is free to all Philadelphia residents and comes in eight weekly modules to complete.
Beating the Blues’s modules are not considered therapy; rather, this program is a way to help people living with mild to moderate depression or anxiety, or those looking to learn new ways to cope with the challenges of everyday life, and build additional skills.
